DC Fragrance GH is a luxury fragrance and beauty retailer based in Accra, Ghana. These terms govern all purchases made through our website or via direct communication (WhatsApp, phone, or email).
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
All products sold by DC Fragrance GH are 100% authentic and sourced from authorised distributors. We do not sell counterfeits, imitations, or repackaged goods.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display products accurately, colours and packaging may vary slightly depending on your screen settings or batch.
Tester products contain the exact same fragrance as retail versions and are authentic in every way. They may be supplied in plain or unbranded boxes and without a cap, as they are originally produced for in-store display.
All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price at the time your order is confirmed.
DC Fragrance GH reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices due to typographical errors.
Orders can be placed through our website or directly via WhatsApp at +233 24 696 9914. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or payment confirmation.

We will never request your Mobile Money PIN or bank password. If you receive such a request from anyone claiming to represent DC Fragrance GH, please do not comply and report it to us immediately.
We deliver nationwide across Ghana. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, public holidays, courier delays).
Free delivery applies to orders over GH₵ 500 within Accra. Delivery fees for orders below this threshold or outside Accra will be communicated at checkout or via WhatsApp.
Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery. DC Fragrance GH is not liable for items lost or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or were incorrectly supplied.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
DC Fragrance GH reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

We strongly recommend testing new fragrances on a small area of skin before full application, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
Any personal information you provide to us (name, contact details, delivery address) is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and communicating with you. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties except where required by law or necessary to fulfil your delivery.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
